What is the Kern EOC Industrial Floor & Bench Scale?

The EOC is a precision industrial weighing scale from Kern, with a range of capacities available from 6kg to 300kg. Its multiple weighing functions and large, flat IP65 weighing area with separate hinged weight display make this scale highly versatile and easy to use.

The scale features a high quality, silicone-coated aluminium load cell, which is IP65-rated and will provide reliable, high accuracy weighing.

What are the Kern EOC’s weighing functions?

Weighing functions include:

Percentage determination - store a given weight value (100 %) and determine deviations from this target value - perfect for mixing chemicals, paints or other liquid solutions;

Checkweighing - a visual and audible signal helps with portioning, dispensing or grading; Dynamic weighing – weigh items even if there is movement on the scale, such as weighing small animals;

Parts counting – count multiple identical items instantly without the risk of human error when counting by hand. This is ideal for end of year stocktaking and inventory monitory tasks.

Remotely control the scale using external control devices or computers with the Kern Communication Protocol (KCP). KCP is a standardised interface command structure for Kern weighing scales and other instruments which allows you to recall and manage all relevant parameters and device functions. You can therefore simply connect Kern devices with KCP to computers, industrial control systems and other digital systems. In a large number of cases the KCP is compatible with the MT-SICS protocol.
