What is the Kern CFS Counting Scale?

The CFS is a compact, high precision counting scale, from Kern’s range of professional counting scales. It has high counting resolution of 75,000 points for greater accuracy, a memory capable of storing information on your 100 most counted items, and second scale connectivity should you wish to perform parts counting tasks on a larger base.

The automatic reference weight optimisation of reference weight gradually improves the average piece weight during counting – which means counting results are more accurate. Three displays (weight, piece weight, total count) make it easy to see results quickly and clearly.

What are the key benefits of using the Kern CFS Counting Scale?

The CFS is perfect for speeding up parts counting processes, as well as delivering greater accuracy thanks to a high counting resolution. With a 100-item memory, you can store the details of the items you count the most and therefore will not need to perform a sample count prior to starting each counting process.

The fill-to-target function means you can programme in a target quantity, and a signal will be displayed when the target value has been reached.

A full numeric keypad makes operation slicker, too, and the large backlit LCD displays mean results can be seen clearly. A protective working cover is included with the scale.
