Description
What is the Adam AGF Floor Scale?

The AGF is a rugged, stainless steel floor scale perfect for quick and easy weighing as well as checkweighing applications. A choice of base sizes make it ideal for many environments.

The stainless steel indicator is mounted to a column, and a backlit LCD display with 40mm-high-digits means reading weighing results is simple.

RS-232 output is fitted as standard and means you can instantly send weight data to a printer or PC. See the accessories list for more information on optional printers and the RS-232 to USB cable.

These weighing scales feature external calibration, so verification and adjustments can be performed using weights.

How to use the Adam AGF Floor Scale

Use the power button to turn the AGF on, and when the display shows a line of zeroes, you’re ready to start weighing.

To remove unwanted weight, such as a small pallet, box or tray, from the weight reading, use the tare function. Simply add the empty pallet, box or tray to the pan and press the ‘T’ button.

Press the ‘Unit/Mode’ button and choose between weighing in g/kg, lbs/oz or Newtons.

The checkweighing function means you can set high and low limits to ensure items you’re weighing are the correct weight. When set up, the display will illuminate red, yellow or green depending on whether the value is within, under or over the set weight parameters.

In the normal weighing mode, press the ‘CHK/Print’ button for three seconds, and when ‘Hi’ appears on the display, use the directional buttons to choose your desired high limit, pressing ‘T’ to confirm. Next, use the directional buttons to enter your desired low limit, pressing ‘T’ to confirm. The checkweighing function is now set, and the display will illuminate red, yellow or green depending on whether the value is within, under or over the set weight parameters.
