These products are built to be rugged and robust, making them the perfect fit for any warehouse, factory, shipyard or mechanic. Whether you work with animals or in food production, these weighing scales are guaranteed to give you accurate results every single time. The products listed below all have there own maximum capacities, readabilities and sizes, giving you more options to find the right industrial scale for you.
Inscale’s industrial scales are manufactured by some of the most notable companies in the industrial weighing market, including Adam Equipment, A&D and Kern. Our suppliers have many years of experience in producing high quality industrial scales that you can trust, all at a reasonable price. All of these products have been made in accordance with their Safe Working Load (SFL) capacities, meaning you can safely weigh a subject so long as it is within the stated weight limits.
Portable industrial scales suitable for smaller warehouse environments
We offer a wide range of industrial scales that suit all types of industrial environment from large open shipping facilities and dockyards to factories with minimal space. Pallet truck scales take up minimal space and can be easily manoeuvred around factory or warehouse floors when required. Alternatively, AELP pallet beams are versatile, portable industrial scales that can be combined with various platform sizes to suit the surrounding environment. The pallet beams can be safely stored and offer a practical solution to weighing in small spaces.
How do you calibrate an industrial scale?
In principle, the procedure for industrial scale calibration is more or less the same as other types of scales and balances, however the type of industrial scale used may cause this to differ slightly.
Scales with internal or auto calibration (typically higher precision bench scales and analytical balances) will provide an in-built calibration option in the form of a physical button or option within the scale's setup menu (this can sometimes be found in scale's factory settings menu).
Industrial scales with external calibration (usually compact scales, bench scales, larger platforms and floor scales) will require approved calibration weights that fall in line with the readability capacbilities of the scale. For example, the PT platform scale will require block test weights for effective calibration, whereas bench scales with greater readabilities are likely to use M1 Class weights.
