What is the Adam BTT Touch-screen Label Printing Scale?

The BTT is a label printing scale from Adam Equipment, that features an 8-inch touch-screen, label printer and internal memory. This scale is perfect for inventory control: it can be paired with a barcode scanner, and inventory information can be stored in the internal memory. This means items can be scanned/weighed and checked in/checked out as required. Information can be printed from the scale onto sticky labels, as well as stored in the internal memory. 

How to print labels with the Adam BTT Label Printing Counting Scale

Free label-editing software is supplied with the BTT. Simply connect the scale to a PC using the RS-232 interface (so the customised label can be downloaded straight to the indicator after completion), and then start the software.

Users can fully edit text, images, barcodes and QR codes before saving, exporting and downloading the label to the scale. Weight, count, date and time information can also be included on the labels, and up to 10 label designs can be stored within the BTT’s memory.

Need to save the information as well as print it?

You can store product information in the BTT’s internal memory, and also send to a printer, PC or network via the RS-232, USB and optional RJ45 ethernet outputs.

What size labels work with this label printing scale?

As standard, we supply 50x30mm labels. These can be printed either horizontally or vertically. Slightly larger labels may be used with the BTT, but please contact us for more information.
