What is the Kern BFB Platform Scales?

The Kern BFB Platform Scale is a durable and robust platform scale with and IP67 rating for protection from dirt dust and liquid. The BFB is also available in with trade approved models for selling subjects by weight.

 

What are the benefits of using the Kern BFB Platform Scales?

The BFB features a removable weighing plate screwed on from the top, which can be removed and cleaned to ensure good hygienic practices are adhered to. The weighing scales top plate is also robust and durable, made from a durbar steel plate welded with 4 silicone-coated steel load cells for IP67 level protection against dust and water splashes.

The included KFB-TM weighing indicator is fully detachable and features a benchtop stand and wall mount for display device as standard. This is an easy to use display with an uncomplicated user interface, with a RS-232 interface that can be used for sending data to PCs and printers.

Weighing functions include totalising of weights and piece counts – perfect for a wide range of industrial weighing procedures.

A protective working cover is included with delivery.
