The CPWplus comes complete with built-in display hold weighing functionality that can take an accurate, stable weight reading of moving pets. This popular, professional veterinary scale has a separate aluminium weight display with intuitive, colour coded keys. The scale features a 900mm x 600mm stainless steel platform that is durable and can be easily cleaned down after use.

All models feature a rechargeable battery and stainless steel top pans, as well as 4 loadcells for added stability and reliability. RS-232 connectivity means the scale can be connected to a printer or PC for recording weights instantly.

How to use the Adam CPWPlus Large Animal Scale

To get a quick, accurate weight using this scale, press the ‘On/Off’ key to switch on and when the display shows a line of zeroes you're ready to begin weighing. The unit key can be used to change the units.

To enable hold function, hold press and hold ‘Tare/Zero’ key whilst turning the scale on – this will open up the parameter settings. Use the ‘Unit’ key to scroll to the 8th parameter called ‘Hod 1’ as default. Choose between ‘Hod 1’ (no hold function), ‘Hod 2’ (automatic hold function) and ‘Hod 3’ (manual hold function). The hold function will then stablise the weight reading on the display, even if the animal is moving whilst being weighed.
