The Kern PCD Compact Laboratory Balance has a separate base and display, which makes it ideal for use in fume cupboards or glove bag, particularly practical for weighing toxic, volatile or contaminated substances, giving the operator control of the scale away from weighing area.

The Kern PCD Compact Laboratory Balance has a separate base and display, which makes it ideal for use in fume cupboards or glove bag, particularly practical for weighing toxic, volatile or contaminated substances giving operator control of the scale away from weighing area.

The large backlit LCD display makes it easy to read in any set up and can be battery powered or run off the mains. A pre-tare function allows you to manually subtract the weight of the container (weight has to be known) which is useful for checking fill levels. The base has a level indicator and adjustable feet so the scale can be set up for optimum weighing performance. A must have for any laboratory.
