What is the Kern PES Industrial Precision Balance?

The Kern PES is one of the most robust, high accuracy balances available from Inscale. Operation is simple, and results are extremely accurate and reliable. Plus, external calibration means the PES can be kept accurate and reliable for longer with minimum fuss. You can see our range of calibration weights here.

What are the key benefits of using Kern PES Industrial Precision Balance?

The Kern PES features robust and sturdy construction with a stainless steel weighing pan. Checkweighing is easy with four arrow keys allowing you to set upper and lower weight limits in seconds.

The recipe function allows the weight of a container and individual ingredients to be calculated. Percentage weighing calculates how much a value deviates from a target value of 100%. The tare function allows you to remove unwanted weight, such as a container – meaning greater accuracy in your weighing results.
