What is the Adam CCT 'Cruiser' Counting Scale?
Adam Equipment's Cruiser CCT bench counting scales offer intelligent counting functions to speed up and improve the accuracy of stock or inventory checks and parts counting.
The CCT provides professional, precision accuracy when counting the quantity of identical items in a carton or container without the need for time-consuming manual counting efforts. CCT counting scales have an unrivalled counting accuracy (thanks to its 1:1,600,000 internal counting resolution) and efficiency that significantly reduces waste when filling orders or packing shipments.
Features include automatic zero tracking, audible alarm for pre-set counts, automatic tare, pre-set tare and an accumulation facility that allows multiple counts to be stored and recalled as an accumulated total.

How to use the Adam CCT 'Cruiser' Counting Scale
Begin by setting up your Cruiser CCT in an area free from vibrations, excessive heat, humidity or breezes. The scale can be levelled using the adjustable feet and inbuilt spirit level. Next, turn on your scale using the on button on the left of the weight display. The three displays are the overall weight, unit weight and counted amount.
To begin parts counting, it is necessary to know the average weight of the items you are weighing. This can either be done using the scale to determine the average weight, or by manually inputting the known weight.
