What is the Kern DBS Moisture Analyser?

The Kern DBS is a high quality moisture analyser with a single-cell weighing system for outstanding stability, reliability and response speed. This instrument is capable of carrying out advanced drying and heating processes and will deliver accurate results every time.

What are the features of the Kern DBS Moisture Analyser?

The Kern DBS Moisture Analyser comes with a variety of features and functions that aim to make laboratory processes faster, easier and more efficient:

  • Backlit LCD graphic display with digit height 15mm, which shows the active drying process, previous drying time, current temperature and current moisture content in %, as well as the date and time as standard.

  • 400W Halogen quartz glass heater.

  • Observation window above the sample, useful during initial setting of the subject.

  • Internal memory for automatic run of 10 drying programs and 100 drying processes already executed.

  • The last value measured remains on the display until it is replaced by a new measurement.

  • Sample description for up to 99 samples, 2 digits, freely programmable, and is printed in the measuring protocol.

  • 10 sample plates included.

  • Protective working cover included with delivery.
